JOB DESCRIPTION
Org. Setting and Reporting
The incumbent reports to Chief Field Infrastructure and Camp Improvement Programme
Responsibilities
1. The incumbent is responsible for all project-related reporting, to be developed in coordination with project managers and other members of the camp improvement planning (CIP) team; Reporting tasks will include but will not be limited to:
a. Coordinating with relevant staff on quantitative and qualitive data required for reporting
b. Collecting and consolidating inputs and feedback from relevant CIP and other teams to include all updates of projects’ components,
c. Coordinating and collecting information on the financial component of the report in coordination with the project managers, office engineer, and crosscutting project management departments.
d. Updating and monitoring the project results framework in line with the project proposals including elements like indicators, outputs, and outcomes.
e. Draft minutes of meetings with the community, CIP and other relevant domains; and maintains log of action points/decisions, following up as required.
2. Prepares other written documents and information, including briefing notes, success stories, and addresses any queries raised by internal stakeholders and donors.
3. Facilitates communication between the community and different departments of UNRWA and focal points in the Fields.
4. Develops any other ad hoc project reports, concept / information notes, lessons learned documents and proposals required at any time to strengthen the implementation of projects or further efforts at fundraising, partnership management etc..
5. Performs other relevant duties as may be assigned.

Education
University degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Economics, Demography, Statistics, Social Sciences, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Work Experience
Four years of relevant work experience in development/humanitarian fields, community engagement and communications, and/or monitoring and assessment in an international, national, non-governmental organization or UN agency. (Or 3 years of relevant experience in case you hold a master’s degree).
Proven computer literacy, data management and advanced Microsoft Office programmes, is required.
Languages
Demonstrated oral and written fluency in English.
Assessment
Evaluation of qualified candidates may include an assessment exercise which may be followed by competency-based interview.
